- Staples are used for fastening and fixing wooden elements, wooden constructions and they are also used in other production branches: in footwear industry, construction industry, textile industry, car industry and in all places where a simple “clamp” can fasten together two pieces.
- Our offer contains approximately 40 types of staples of various sizes, and therefore more than three hundred products are always available.
- The staples are entirely made from coated materials. The basic coating is made of zinc, however, now we use more and more stainless steel materials and aluminium. Stainless steel materials are useful especially where products are directly exposed to the influences of the atmosphere, mechanical damages or salt water.
- Aluminium staples are used for binding elements that are later on processed by machines as aluminium does not damage tools.
- Staples are also cut under various angles: classical from 70 to 90 degrees, saw-edge cut, pointed cut, chisel-shaped and wedge-shaped. The form of cut influences the penetration of staples through materials.
- Staples type 80, 50, 53 and 140 are also packed in smaller packages (Hobby).
- Staples of desired colour can be lacquered to order.
Main types of staples are shown in the table below.
